These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Comblog website and services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Service and its users regarding the use of the internet-related services provided by Comblog.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" means the Comblog platform and related services available to members regardless of the device used (PC, mobile, etc.).
• "User" means any member or non-member who accesses the Service and uses the content provided by the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• "Post" means any text, photo, video, file, or link posted by a User on the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms become effective upon posting on the Service.
2. The Service may amend these Terms within the scope of applicable laws if a reasonable cause arises.
3. Amended Terms will be announced on the initial screen of the Service along with the effective date and the reason for the amendment.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

The Service provides the following:

• Viewing and sharing blog content.
• Communication services such as comments and replies.
• Any other services developed by the Service or provided through cooperation with other companies.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following acts:

1. Stealing other's information or registering false information.
2. Changing information posted on the Service.
3. Infringing on intellectual property rights of the Service or third parties.
4. Damaging the reputation or interfering with the business of the Service or third parties.
5. Posting obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information contrary to public order and morals.

Article 6 (Copyright and Management of Posts)

1. The copyright of a post belongs to the author of the post.
2. If a User's post contains content that violates relevant laws, the rights holder may request suspension or deletion of the post in accordance with the procedures set by law.
3. Even without a request from the rights holder, the Service may take temporary measures against posts if there is a reason to recognize infringement of rights or violation of Service policies.

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The Service is exempted from responsibility for providing the Service if it is unable to do so due to natural disasters or force majeure.
2. The Service is not responsible for any obstacles to Service usage caused by the User's fault.
3. The Service is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information, data, or facts posted by Users.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. Lawsuits filed between the Service and Users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Litigation regarding disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
